Publicity is only one part of an overall marketing plan, but it encompasses many different activities. In this section, we will eventually cover areas such as social media, promotion, contests, events, press kits, interviews, launch ideas and much, much more.
And we start first with something I like to call Early Early Early. Many people put off publicity because they are too busy thinking about the book itself, or they don’t know where to start. If you are not sure what publicity means for you, then you have come to the right place. Even if your book is just a twinkle in your eye, you can never start too early.
